Holy Love? Pastor Bugembe Open to Marrying Muslim Woman!

Gospel singer and beloved Kampala pastor Wilson Bugembe has left tongues wagging after revealing he’s open to marrying a Muslim woman, despite being a proud Born Again Christian.

In an interview with Galaxy TV, the famously single pastor addressed the public curiosity surrounding his bachelor status with a chuckle:

“I like that people care that I should get married,” he said. “But I’m not the only one who’s not married in Kampala—just the most popular one.”

Bugembe, 40, insisted he’s still holding out for a God-fearing Born Again woman, but stunned fans by adding he wouldn’t reject someone simply because of their faith.

“If God says do something, don’t question Him,” he declared. “If He gives me a Muslim woman, I have no problem with that.”

The singer went on to praise the Muslim community, saying some of the biggest blessings in his life have come from Muslims.

“The people who have helped me most in life have been Muslims,” he said sincerely.

The revelation has sparked a flurry of online debate, with fans praising his open-mindedness while others are still trying to process the idea of a cross-faith celebrity union.
